I have lived in NYC all my life and have seen the best and worst of our transit system but with the fare hikes that are being discussed is it time to start riding bikes to the city?
Rumors are already spreading about the unlimited monthly metro card price going up to $130.00! That is not only insane in this economy but not something that most people who live here in the city can afford. Who is this city really looking out for and were are we looking to drag the cash out of? Surely not the struggling citizens that are working hard to draw more commerce to our wonderful city?
